THE CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED PRISON-BREAK RPG BACK TO THE DAWN COMES TO PLAYSTATION 5 ON OCTOBER 22

TOKYO – July 2, 2026 – Publishers Clouded Leopard Entertainment and Spiral Up, in association with developer Metal Head Games, are happy to announce that Back to the Dawn, the story-rich prison-break RPG, is coming to PlayStation 5 on October 22! Expose the truth as Thomas the Fox, an investigative journalist unjustly imprisoned, or complete a secret mission as Bob the Panther, an undercover detective sent to infiltrate the dangerous world of Boulderton Prison.

With the PlayStation 5 launch of Back to the Dawn, Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles will be added, inviting even more players to experience the adventure. These subtitles will also come to the Switch and Switch 2 version of the game on October 22.

Back to the Dawn is a gritty, story-driven RPG where you must search for a way out of prison. Choose between two protagonists and sleuth around a corrupt maximum security facility, making friends (or enemies) with gangs and guards, completing quests, developing your character, and planning your ultimate escape along the way.
